I have 10+ years of experience in property management, leasing, portfolio operations, HOA coordination, owner communication, tenant relations, vendor management, lease renewals, open houses, showings, inspections, maintenance documentation, move-out dispositions, compliance records, delinquencies, file preparation, and daily reporting.
My current experience includes handling A-Z property management functions within a 700+ commercial and residential property management portfolio. I am comfortable working directly with owners, tenants, residents, HOA representatives, vendors, maintenance teams, and internal staff to keep operations organized, documented, and moving efficiently.
