This is a historic, beautiful home on a well appointed lot with 150-year old oaks in front and back yard. This home is historic too. I fell in love with its story and who had it before - it was an animal sanctuary almost 100 years ago! The prior owners refurbished the whole home and made the attic a sanctuary loft and bathroom (where me and my toddler live) and the basement is converted and refurbished to be a lovely living space. The main floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen (large chef's kitchen), and two other bedrooms and main house bathroom (large with tub). One bed room is rented by someone who has become a friend and is the nicest guy, and the other bedroom is empty. There is more than enough room and space for everyone - but we are looking for a flat mate who is considerate, respectful, lives a relatively clean and health-focused lifestyle - isn't in to bringing home any kind of party or people to the house. Someone looking for a chill safe comfortable place to lay their head and set up their day to day.

Maybe you are in Sac for work and leave on the weekends. Maybe you are a traveling nurse.
Maybe you have family nearby and trying to transition to being here.

We are close to both freeways, a block from the Milagro Center with tons of restaurants etc. and a few blocks from Ancil Hoffman and the river.

The house is gorgeous and well cared for. We have a burgeoning garden.

I am hoping to find someone kind and safe to live with - and we are the same.
We have a dog, Henry. He's 9 and is a one dog house kind of dog, but he loves kitty cats...

We are open and patient for the right fit into our home.

The space is furnished and large. Comfy couch. Desk and chair, armoir, new queen tempurpedic. Bookshelfes, lighting, large flat screen smart TV, fast internet.
