All utilities included, cable WiFi, 65 inch tv downstairs. Upgraded kitchen. Swimming pool. You do need to be ok with a cat (bengal) very loving and playful. The room is good size and has a large walk-in closet, it's downstairs and private. Third garage on the picture will be yours I have had a Range Rover in the space so most cars will have room. No smoking cig (as I am trying to quit and smoke outside). It's not a party, but can be fun. No couples please or children. I am retired so my life is pretty chill. Usual 1st and last, pay stubs, credit check very simple. The most important thing to me is that we fit with each others life style. I love to cook, I read, walk, swim and travel.
