Located in the heart of old town Elk Grove—beautiful, clean, up scale neighborhood. Great neighborhood in highly desirable area.
Furnished with a King sized bed and full length mirror (shown in photos) however, desk and piano pictured will not be included at time of rental.
A little about us and who we are looking for-
We are an extremely clean and organized household. To be honest, I am very big when it comes to cleanliness and have the same expectations in a roommate tenant. We have a 6 year old son so we take things very seriously in our tenant selection.
We have busy schedules, including work, and sports.
Requirements include a $600 security deposit, background check, & proof of employment. Looking for a tenant who is not much of a cooker (meal prep/fast prep meals) with a busy schedule as well. Non smoking household, no overnight guests. No exceptions.
