I am renting out a private room with walk-in closet in my 5 bedroom house. 2 out the 5 bedrooms are occupied already, and just looking to fill one more room. The whole house is furnished, and the room can be furnished with a mattress, lamp, bedside table, and dresser if needed. About the house:
This home is 2,707 square feet. The home is well taken care of. Has a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting throughout. There is a separate living room and family room, along with a bright eat-in kitchen that offers plenty of cabinet space. The laundry room is well-equipped with counters and cabinets. The property includes a 3-car garage. You may use the appliances in the common areas and are welcome to bring your own things as well.
About the room:
The room is upstairs with the view of the front of the house. Can fit a king size bed, work table and chair, dressers, etc. It has a spacious walk-in closets. There is a full bathroom with double sinks upstairs. This will be shared by you and one couple. There is also a half bathroom that is accessible downstairs if needed. The tenants in the first floor have their own bathroom. The backyard has a canopy with chairs and a perfect place to relax and read a book.

The home is located in the highly desirable and safe Camden neighborhood of Elk Grove, it's located just a few houses away from Mix Park and Camden Lake. About the housemates:
There are two couples who occupy two of the rooms. One couple, who are my parents, will stay in the first floor bedroom. You will be sharing the space upstairs with a younger couple in their 20s.
Couple #1: Jeannette and Roger are both easygoing and love to cook and clean. They are very friendly and warm, but also respectful of personal space and values open communication. Also enjoy a friendly chat and sharing the food they cook. Jeannette is a home health nurse who works everyday and makes her own schedule. Roger is retired and likes to garden, cook, and clean around the house. During their free time they like to visit family in SF and go out to eat.
Couple #2: Amrinder and Kiran are in their 20s and work in a truck driving business. They are responsible, independent, and considerate of shared spaces. They are only home one to two weeks out of the month, and the rest of the month they are working their trucking business. So you will have a lot of space to yourself.
About You:
-We are looking for people who are respectful and CLEAN.
-Prefer working professionals w/ a stable income and pay rent on time.
-We appreciate tenants who maintain a peaceful environment and are considerate of neighbors. You may have guests over as long as it’s a reasonable amount of time and not disruptive.
- Tenants who are easy to communicate with and are proactive about addressing any maintenance issues or concerns.
