The landlord lives in the house with other roommates. Landlord and renter will share the common space, however other roommates have their own rooms and they don't use to the common areas.
All bills & utilities included in the rent. Wifi is also included.
One assigned parking space in the driveway. Along with unlimited parking on the street for additional cars.
No smoking. Small pets are allowed only if you are willing to keep them in your room.
Rent is $1200 everything included. The room comes fully equipped with a full size bed, mattress a table and a book shelf. You can also bring your own furniture if you desire.
Guests and friends are allowed, as long as you respect the other renters and neighbors. We wont tolerate disrespectful behavior.
Rent is month to month, credit check is required. All the roommates are working professionals with a very disciplined schedule and they are very respectful to each other, you are always more than welcome to come hang out with the household, and they will also respect if you want to only hang out in your room. In a general this is a very quiet, peaceful household, and landlord is looking to build a long term relationship with the renter.
You will have a dedicated space in the kitchen area if you are interested as well. You are welcome to cook and utilize everything in the kicthen.
Ideally a quiet, working professional is preferable, and also open to a senior retired person as well. The landlord will check your references and credit score.
