Room for Rent near 80 and Greenback. I am helping my son find a roommate Private room with shared bath in a two bedroom two bath halfplex. The peson can be on IHSS with mild disability. This is to share a halfplex with a 48 year old male that is on IHSS and disability. Looking for a roommate to share the halfplex, common areas, backyard, and could use same IHSS worker.
