Private Room in South Plumas Lake AVAILABLE 11/15/2025. Quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood. Lots of parks. Rent is $925/month INCLUDES all utilities: electricity, gas, water, recology, internet/WiFi. Furnished private room with queen bed, dresser, bedside table, and shelves. Full use of the kitchen and common areas. Covered patio with BBQ. We do have 2 friendly outdoor dogs.
1 Dog okay for a small monthly fee.
Tenant must be employed with proof of income! Military, college students, etc, are welcome to apply. We are 23 mins from Beale AFB, 15 mins from Yuba College, 7 mins from Hard Rock Casino, 28 mins north of Downtown Sacramento, and 39 mins from Sac State. Your roommates will be myself and my 15yo granddaughter, plus one other tenant. We are friendly, fairly quiet, easy-going, and busy with football. Bathroom across the hall from your room, shared with other tenant. We are used to living with tenants/roommates and get along well with others. You will be provided a private code, of your choice, for the front door entry. You will have a refrigerator in the garage for your food.
