Looking for a trustworthy, and respectful FEMALE. Preferably a working professional that works full-time or student, and someone who is neat and clean, and also cleans up after themselves. I am very laid back and looking for someone similar. I do not cook a lot and prefer someone who does not do a lot of heavy cooking. You may bring your own mini fridge or use on portion of my fridge/freezer inside and in garage. Looking for someone who is clean and that can lend a hand with cleaning in areas they use. The rule is if you use it or break it, then clean it or replace it. Please respect personal space and items.
PLEASE READ: I need help with pick up and drop-offs for me son (10 year old) as he has a busy schedule and his school is a 20 min drive from my house. If this is something you are interested in, I can reduce the rent to $750. I will probably need help with transportation 1-2 times per week. It will usually involve drop off at school in Folsom at 8:15 and pick up at 1:15pm/2:45pm.
ME: I primarily work out town once a week and then I am college professor, I am in a post-graduate program. I have a 10 year old who stays with me half time and he is also very busy. We are not home most of the time.
