I am looking for someone with verifiable income and rental history.This home is to be shared with one 44 year old man. Each person has
their own refrigerator, Between the kitchen and the master bedroom there is a den which will only be used by the new renter either for a private living room or office if need be. the kitchen is spacious and has lots of cabinet space.
each roommate have their own living area that must be respected . the mobile home is 1540 sq feet divided in half for each person privacy.
There is plenty of parking and also a large storage in the back of the home.
the rent does include water garbage electric and gas. Absolutely no overnight guest . No pets , smoking outdoor only.
The rent must be paid on the 1st of each month by direct deposit late fees of $50 do apply after 3days deposit equal to rent of $ 875 will be held until renter moving out.
