I am seeking a short-term or possibly longer tenant. Excellent for travel nurses or short-term work assignments. Only 1 person who works outside the home. Must be reasonably quiet, tidy, and respectable.
I have a newer 3-bed 3-bath home in a great neighborhood that is close to many hospitals, businesses, shopping, and restaurants.
The room is furnished and also has a small private refrigerator, but you will also have kitchen privileges. a
I do have an older cat and a 4-year-old pug, Penelope. I keep a gate blocking the entrance to that area so you won't have to deal with unwanted dog visits.
I am a professional 60 yo woman, and my 34 yo son lives here as well in his own private area. I do not see him much as he works a lot, and when he is home, he is pretty much in his room gaming.
