We’re typically only home during the times we sleep and get ready for work aside from alternating days off. I have 2 large rooms empty and would love to fill them with the right persons/couple (easy going, layed back, stable work history and/or school, clean and helpful with house duties, etc.). $700 +$100 for utilities a single person totaling $800 ($1000 for couple+$100 for utilities totaling $1100) to rent which includes ALL basic utilities that DO NOT exceed a 1/3 increase (you are responsible for your own internet and TV).
