I have rooms to share my independent living home. is a five bedroom two full baths the rooms go for $1000 with a $500 deposit private rooms are 1200 with a $500 deposit. I offered three meals a day plus water every Meal new client gets a set of new sheets, new towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, two bars of soap there is a laundry room available for free I supply, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels my home is in a very nice place blocks from Kaiser hospital on the bus line. My house is in the Bruceville area very quiet. There is no smoking inside of the house only in the backyard. patio area there is no visiting. clients visitors. May pick you up outside of the home there is wheelchair availability free Wi-Fi cable TV. There is two living area areas two kitchen areas two microwaves there is no cooking only 2 microwaves “ food “ Day room closes at 12 PM. Nightly opens back up at 5 AM. Everyone has a chore.
