Hi everyone!
My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill a room in our 3 bd 2.5 ba victorian-style duplex in midtown.
Located close to grocery stores, DOCO, Caesar Chavez Park, and much more!
*$750 a month plus ~80 for internet/utilities
*W/D in unit
*Private room and semi-private bathroom
*Landlord will need income verification and a background check, but he will cover all costs of those
*month-to-month lease

*About us! We are both pretty introverted, but love little chats and sharing food now and then. I am a Baker and going back to school in the fall and my roommate runs her own business and works from home occasionally. We each have a cat who we are slowly introducing to each other, but both kitties are very cute and chill. That being said, we cannot accommodate any more pets!
