I am looking for 1 or 2 housemates to live in a 3-bed, 1 bath house with me. Both of the 2 bedrooms pictured are available. I occasionally stay in the 3rd (not-pictured) room. The bedroom with the orange comforter and green wall is $1000/month. The bedroom with the blue comforter and orangey wall is $950/month cause it is a little smaller. If you want to rent out both rooms for yourself (one person) it would be $1800/month. The house is located in Oak Park, near the UC Davis medical center.
Both rooms have queen bed frames and the blue comforter room has a smart TV, which you are welcome to use. Very good pets possibly considered. You would be able to store things in the garage. There is a washer/dryer in the garage as well.
You would be responsible for gas and electric. I pay for water, wifi, and garbage. The lease would be month to month. The room is available now. Refundable security deposit of $1000 will be required to move in.
I am a 29 y/o female and I work in the environmental science field. My job keeps me in the Bay Area most of the time. I usually come to stay in the 3rd bedroom a couple days a month. I do a lot of hiking, camping, and outdoor things in my free time. I love to go to concerts and do things around sac too! I am respectful, and like to keep things clean and tidy and would like a housemate with the same mentality.
