I'm looking for a clean, respectful housemate for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse in the heart of midtown. I work 11:30 to 9:30 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so the house is empty while I'm at work. Move-in date is whenever you're ready in October/November, ideally the sooner, the better. I am 420 friendly, and keep a clean apartment.

You will be added on to the lease, so a decent credit score (650) and deposit of $950 is required. Additionally, you must make 2.5 times the rent of $970 to qualify, meaning you must make $2425 a month. The unit has great natural lighting, a dishwasher, hardwood floors, and a back patio. There is onsite laundry available as well, and the community is gated. Parking is in the alley behind the unit or on the street. The neighbors are mostly quiet and very friendly. The apartment is located close to just about everything in midtown. Rent is $970/month, we will split utilities and internet.
