Overall very well taken care of and nice inside and out, normal expected wear. Some amenities include Full Kitchen with all normal appliances, 3 Burner stove, XLarge refrigerator, microwave, very nice amount of counter space and amazing amount of storage.
Dinette, 2 couches, Ceiling fan, 2 Central living A/C's, Heat, Full Bath with Large corner Shower, Excellent amount of storage throughout, large awning, washer&dryer!! +++ So much to offer!!

A couple bads hence the low price......
Refrigerator needs a new cooling unit, $900 on amazon. Or you can put a different fridge in, not a big deal.
1 couch has some visible wear, Stereo does not work, Awning material needs replaced, pick the design you want!!
Other than that all A/Cs and appliances work just fine...
