Just dropped from $4750 to $3,995 plus tax and license.
This is in really good condition for a 1984 model except there was a window that leaked that damaged side wall and small section of the floor. See last picture
As you come in the entry door the sofa is straight ahead, the bed is to the right. As you go to the back the dinette is across from the kitchen and the bathroom is in the rear.
All the appliances and water system are working. Toilet is new.
This 5th is located in Lake County by Clear Lake at Brown's RV 9702 Hwy 53, Lower Lake CA 95457. We are open Monday-Friday 9-5, Saturday 9-4 and we are closed on Sunday.
