Yes, the miles are real. It is not a typo. This RV has 4,600 miles on it. It has had one owner, and one driver and resident since it was driven off the lot in 2017. It has only been taken on short trips of less than 100 miles, 2-3 times a year, for 8 years. Hence the low miles. However, it has been lived in for the entirety of the 8 years we’ve owned it.
Lots of the stock interior has been removed. See pictures. A residential size California King bed has replaced the stock mattress setup.
The interior is clean and smell free. The mattress is in immaculate condition.
There are lots of little to medium size things that need work or need replacing, hence the heavily discounted price. I am happy to go over the full list over the phone or in person. Do you want a video call walkthrough? Happy to do that as well.
