We are selling our ‘22 Coleman by Dutchmen 17B Bunkhouse. It is a clean title and currently registered (title in hand). We have used it very sparingly - maybe 20 nights. It has never been lived in - just weekend camping trips. We have never cooked in it or even used the sinks, shower, or toilet.

We have done some minor modifications - we installed a new (thicker) mattress (less than 4 nights of sleeping). We also replaced the original battery with a slightly larger unit. Other amenities include: A/C, heater (electric or propane), microwave, refrigerator, and stove.

I will include the original manuals and some extras (extension cord, new sewer hose, etc). I also have a new spare wheel/tire for it.

There are no leaks. All of the appliances work as they should.

Total weight is probably around 3000lbs. Total length is 21.5’ (from hitch to rear bumper). Due to the size and weight, this would be a perfect with for a Toyota Tacoma/4Runner or Nissan Frontier.
