Year… 2005.
This is a good 2005 Layton 5th Wheel trailer.
It was recently lived in and has quite a few modifications that previous people did to it to give it more storage space.
It has lots and lots of storage space.
Has a lot of windows.
Upgraded sinks.
No fridge in it at the moment
But we did buy a fridge specifically for it. Just haven’t put it in yet.
New gas burner.
New floor.
As you can see in pics, the floor in the bathroom area has not been finished. But we plan on doing that when we get the time.
We do have flooring available for it.
The bathroom has a toilet and shower.
It has a new small sink right before the bed area.
Nice big bedroom.
Has a good couch in it, but we will take that out once sold.
Designated sections in front for the propane tanks and batteries.
Batteries will need to be replaced as they are older.
Will come with propane tanks.
Electric jacks work.
It does need some cleaning and sprucing up to make it your own.
But overall is a good solid trailer.
Can also possibly include a brand new solar panel kit.
Can also possibly include a generator
Clean title in hand.
