Dual 33 gallon Propane tanks with gauges (need to be filled). Great air conditioner and heat. Stabilizer bars, easy hookup. Extra drainage via a MACERATOR that uses a water source and a simple garden hose combination to eliminate both gray and black waste water. Rotocast seamless 42 gallon gray; 31 gallon black; 50 gallon fresh with new filter. HOOK UP AT HOME without needing the 4" sewer connection. Extra 30 AMP heavy cable and connections. Dual batteries.
"Walk on roof" --- totally RECOATED just before we bought it. R7 fiberglass insulation, *** no awning. Our awning was ruined by a strong wind. Rather than re-install a new "manual" awning, we decided to let the new owner choose a power awning if wanted. The "tube" and frame is still there and in great shape. Top line "Sunchaser" by Dometic. Everything else works! Great tires. I have original manuals, etc.
NEW REGISTRATION, clean title in my name, and insured. SEE PHOTOS. I have many more on my iPhone so you can text me for them.
My wife and I bought this trailer several years ago so we could do more traveling across America. She lost her kidneys and her transplant, then lost an eye to cancer. We are in our mid-70s and cannot handle a trailer anymore because family we used to travel and camp with has moved out of state. New trailer prices are beyond belief and way beyond affordability for most people. My granddaughter stayed in the trailer when she was working late shifts. Non smoker! I hate to sell it, but I know we'll never use it like it should be used. Has not been on the road since 2021 when we brought it home.
