We are the third owners of this RV, but the second owners only used it a couple of times. The van has been babied, and stored either covered or in a garage for the entire time we have owned it.
Here are the details:
This uses a Chevy 3500 (one ton) LWB chassis with a 6.0 L gas V8 and automatic transmission. This commercial duty engine/chassis is designed for extended extreme use, and comes standard with PS, PB, PDL, PW, AC, CC. The four-bolt main engine runs great, does not burn oil, has absolutely no leaks anywhere, pulls hard and delivers up to 14 mpg. This rig can be serviced by any GM service shop and is very economical to operate.
Since we have owned it, we have replaced the tires, all brakes/rotors/calipers/booster, shocks & ball joints, and alternator. All work was performed by our local GM dealer using OEM parts. Oil changes/service every 3K miles or as needed. Everything works, with no check engine lights, leaks or emissions issues. It is an easy driver, and runs, rides, handles, and stops like new.
These Canadian built RVs are known for their excellent design and build quality and features the following:
Solid wood birch cabinets with ample storage throughout.
The rear dinette converts to either 2 twin beds or a single 72”x72” RV style king/queen bed, and the front captain’s chairs swivel to face into the coach. Very cozy.
Fully functioning galley style kitchen with sink, 2 burner LPG stove top, 3-way Dometic RV fridge and Dometic RV microwave. No grease/smells/damage, and everything works perfectly.
Flush toilet with 15-gal black water capacity
Built in 25-gal LP tank
6-gal LP hot water heater
24 “ TV with Blu-ray/DVD player
4 KW Onan generator, 145 hours, recently serviced, runs perfectly
750W AC inverter with two Type 27 deep cycle house batteries (replaced this summer)

25-gal freshwater capacity
Inside shower capable and has an outdoor shower; neither have ever been used

This van boondocks beautifully, and is easy to park in any camp or parking spot.
Original curtains throughout with some normal wear and tear.
