2013 Coachmen 23CB Motorhome RV Great Shape, Runs Perfect - $15,900 (Sacramento)

Ford E-350 chassis with a Triton 6.8L v10 engine which is known for reliability and low maintenance costs. Runs and shifts smooth. The engine is famous for easily going 350k miles before needing any major repairs. All major service performed by Certified NAPA AutoCare Center. It never had a breakdown. This is regularly maintained and checked.
Has a 2" Class III tow package but we’ve never towed with it to minimize stress on the engine and transmission, but the hitch is perfect to mount bike racks.
Clear and clean title, no crashes. Title in hand, ready to transfer. I have the original owner's paperwork and manuals. I has always passed smog, and I will get you a fresh passing smog certificate before transferring title.
This RV is privately owned and used by our family but we also shared it mostly with repeat folks. We offered a cheap unlimited miles rate, so most of the miles were for cross-country trips. Therefore it currently has about 173,000 miles on the odometer, but it is regularly maintained in top condition, so it runs like new.
Has a rear corner queen bed, upper cab queen bed, 4-person dinette that converts into a twin bed. It also has a special 4-way conversion mini dinette that changes from a 3-person sofa, to a countertop extension, to a 2-person dining table, to a single kid’s bed. Sleeps up to 7 adults and kids, and has 10 seat belts.

* Cold roof air conditioner, and whole coach ducted heater works perfectly.

* Full kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, stainless kitchen sink
* Includes 19" aftermarket combo flat panel TV/DVD player
* Onan 4000w built-in generator, upgraded to new QG low noise model with about 300 hours. Runs perfect.
* Includes all the equipment and supplies including leveling blocks, fresh water hose, septic hose/connectors, electrical cord/adapter
Everything is ready to travel. It has been a very dependable RV and I have no problem taking it cross-country right now. We are selling this to put a down payment on a bigger new model.
Notes:
1) Photos were taken within the past month and accurately show the current condition
2) Has minor scuffs and scratches on the exterior.
3) Interior has typical cosmetic wear but looks good for a 2013 model. Photos show the current actual condition.
4) There is typical sun weathering on the vinyl graphics. To keep the sale price affordable, I did not do any cosmetic reconditioning in advance, otherwise I would need to pass on the cost to you.
Asking $15,900. JD Powers Blue Book has fair market value of $25,000 low retail to $30,000 average retail, but since this unit has a little more cosmetic wear and higher miles, I’m reducing the price below blue book.
