I am the private owner of this 2013 Coachmen Freelander motorhome RV for sale. Class C, model 23CB which measures about 25ft bumper-to-bumper. Compact model fits into every national park campsite and fits into most regular driveways. Can be driven with a regular car driver's license. Everything works, runs, and drives great. Full synthetic oil changes with genuine Ford Motorcraft oil filters every 5000 miles. There are no repairs necessary. Meticulously maintained, never had a breakdown, super reliable, all preventative maintenance completed, everything works perfectly. It is ready to travel anytime.
Ford E-350 chassis with a Triton 6.8L v10 engine which is known for reliability. Runs perfect and shifts smooth. The engine is famous for easily going 350k miles before needing any major repairs. All major service performed by Certified NAPA AutoCare Center.
Has a 2" Class III tow package but we’ve never towed with it to minimize stress on the engine and transmission, but the hitch is perfect to mount bike racks.
Clear and clean title, ready to transfer. I have the original owner's paperwork and manuals. I has always passed smog, and I will get you a fresh passing smog certificate before transferring title.
This RV is privately owned and used by our family but we also shared it mostly with repeat folks. We offered a cheap unlimited miles rate, so most of the miles were for cross-country trips. Therefore it currently has about 170,000 miles on the odometer, but it is regularly maintained in top condition, so it runs like new. At the last service interval around 162,000 miles, it had a very comprehensive preventative maintenance package performed on it, which included replacing all the spark plugs, coils, fluids, air filter, etc.
Has a rear corner queen bed, upper cab queen bed, 4-person dinette that converts into a twin bed. It also has a special 4-way conversion mini dinette that changes from a 3-person sofa, to a countertop extension, to a 2-person dining table, to a single kid’s bed. Sleeps up to 7 adults and kids, and has 10 seat belts.

It has been a very dependable RV and I have no problem taking it cross-country right now. I am upgrading to bigger new models. We are big on preventative maintenance before problems occur, so anything that might need to be replaced has already been done. For instance within the past few years it has a new transmission differential, new brake pads and rotors, new fuel pump, new power steering rack, new blower fan, fresh fluids.
Notes:
1) Photos were taken within the past month and accurately shows the current condition
2) Has minor scuffs and scratches on the exterior.
3) Interior has typical cosmetic wear but looks good for a 2013 model.
4) There is typical sun weathering on the vinyl graphics. To keep the sale price affordable, I did not do any cosmetic reconditioning, otherwise I would need to pass on the cost to you.
Asking $17,000. JD Powers Blue Book has fair market value of $25,000 low retail to $30,000 average retail, but since this unit has a little more cosmetic wear and higher miles, I’m reducing the price below blue book. I'm a private owner so I cannot finance for you, and I'm not interested in trading. Welcome to bring or take it to your own professional mechanic or RV specialist for a full inspection. You can even borrow it for a few days at our regular daily rate and try it on a real camping trip before you buy.
Email me with questions if interested. If you see this posting, then it's still available for sale.
