Sacramento Elite Patrol is currently seeking 2–3 experienced patrol officers to join our growing night operations team. We are looking for motivated professionals who take pride in their appearance, performance, and dedication to keeping properties safe and secure.
HOURS: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM or 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM
Position Overview:
This patrol position is active and hands-on — not a sitting post or strictly mobile patrol. Officers will conduct both interior and exterior foot and vehicle patrols across commercial and residential properties, maintaining a strong and visible security presence at all times.
Our team stands out through professionalism, attentiveness, and proactive engagement on-site. Officers are expected to deter visible criminal activity, remove trespassers or homeless individuals, and report any signs of vandalism or property damage.
Additional duties may include lock-ups, light audits, parking enforcement, patrolling industrial, residential, or commercial premises, and responding to active crimes or noise disturbances.
Candidates must also be capable of writing detailed incident and activity reports for management review — attention to detail and clear communication are essential.
Compensation:
Pay is incentive-based and rewarded for preparedness. Individuals who have already invested in quality uniforms, proper gear, and hold additional professional qualifications may be eligible for higher starting pay.
Why Work With Us:
Founded in 2003 as Capital Force and operating as Sacramento Elite Patrol since 2013, we take pride in providing premium security through active engagement, visibility, and professionalism. Our officers are the face of our company — representing reliability, readiness, and respect on every assignment.
We offer a hands-on management and support team committed to your success and real opportunities for growth within the company.
Requirements:
- REQUIRED: BSIS-issued California Guard Card – 40-Hour Course (Certificates must be current)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean or minimally affected driving record (past 3 years)
- Must own basic patrol equipment, such as a duty belt and/or tactical vest (1 mandatory)
- Additional equipment such as pepper spray, handcuffs, taser, and/or firearm is strongly preferred (incentive pay available)
- Strong report writing skills with attention to detail
- Physically able to perform extensive foot patrols and patrol varied terrains
- Dependable, alert, and comfortable working nighttime shifts
