In response to replies:
How - I prefer to meet in public in the downtown Placerville area. I’m in the process of setting up a business on Main Street. Developing a mutual respect is a priority. I’ve been a landlord so I am empathetic to both sides.
When - I’m looking to relocate to a new home this upcoming and coming February 2026 or beyond this date. I want to give my current landlord 30 days notice.
Why - Yes, my face is not revealed for obvious security reasons. Do not ask me to reveal personal information on the internet.
How - If you do not supply a local phone number or email, I can not return your reply. CL doesn’t seem to provide a method other than “reply all”. Perhaps someone can enlighten me on the efficacy of this method.
What - I posted my secondary phone # - not sure if it’s ringing, going to voice mail or what… I’ll look into it asap.
What - I have excellent credit and good rental references. I was traveling for 6 years and ended my travels last year (April 2025) - thus “good” references. I’m working towards “excellent”.
Note - I no longer have a dog but I am a dog lover ❤️. I don’t mind occasional dog and house sitting. I also don’t mind doing small repairs. I’m a hiker so I try to go on excursions when time allows.
