Hi, I'm looking for a roommate to split a 4bd/2bth with, so each of us would have 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom. My budget is $1,400 and I am looking for someone who has a similar budget of $1,400 so we can look for a rental together at $2,800 or less. I am looking to rent in either Elk Grove or these two zip codes: 95829, 95742.
A little about me:
My name is Joseph, and I'm 24 years old. I graduated from Sac State in 2024, and currently work from home in marketing. I am Christian, don't do drugs or drink, and a big priority for me is having a clean home. Some of my hobbies include art (digital art and traditional art mediums) and soccer.
What type of roommate I'm looking for:
• Need to be male and straight
• Need to be a clean/tidy person
• Someone who doesn't do drugs or drink
• No pets
• Preferably someone around my age (24), though it’s not a requirement
• Preferably someone who's Christian, thought it's not a requirement if you don't do drugs or drink
