Hello! I am looking for a place for my 3.5 year old female (spayed) German shepherd service dog (certified) and myself. I am disabled in my 30's single male and can provide income verification. I keep my dog very well groomed and I plan to vacuum once a day if not more. My dog is ok with other dogs, and she only barks to alert me. If you have a cat I will alert my dog to ignore your cat. I have a brand new twin size bed, standard lightweight bookcase, standard tv, and nothing bigger than that. I do not smoke or drink and would like a quiet place that we can return to after playing ball or our daily 6-8 mile walk. I can also help out with walking your dog or grooming if needed. I do not have a car. I do get rides from my insurance when I need a ride or I can catch the bus/uber. I would prefer to live with only one or two other people in the house. I do some light cooking but nothing major. I do not like to waste energy or utilities. So you can count on me to make sure that I won't be wasting power by leaving the lights on or letting excess water flow down the drain! I am looking to move between May 29th and June 1st. If you do have a yard, I'd love to help! I love to garden, and can help maintain things if needed. It would be rare if I had a guest over and I would always give notice. I would not have any overnight guests. I plan to pay rent the day I move in and deposit if needed. Please call me or email me if you have any questions.
