I have a quiet 5 bedroom home. I am looking for an independent roommate who is quiet, clean and keeps to themselves. Our home has 4 working professionals, including myself, who all keep to ourselves.
There is 1 indoor/outdoor cat & 1 small dog.
The room is of average size. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. Full access to laundry room, pool and kitchen are available.
This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No drinking, smoking or guests. Room is $800/month.
