I've been living with family and am very much in need of a stress free, zero dramatics environment. I have a very modest income (just under $1100/month) which will go up at least $60 in January. I am also looking for full or part time employment. I am a transit rider, I do not drive at the moment. However, I am wanting to get my license. I have no pets, and would probably not have visitors very often. I am mostly quiet, occasionally outgoing, and like to enjoy the moment. I am not a habitual party lifestyle person. I try to be mature minded in everything I do and would appreciate being treated the same. I like to cook, sew, clean, and read. Other than playing board games, etc. I enjoy being helpful to others and always try to be kind. I do not have anything left from my check this month to put towards rent or deposit. My total available monthly allowance for rent and utilities combined is about $625 due to my personal bills. I do not need a wifi connection, I have my own hotspot service. I would like to rent a room somewhere close to transit lines or within walking distance (1 mile) of necessary shopping and transit. I am willing to do extra house cleaning, pet sitting, or errand running in exchange for rent discount for a private room, preferably with private bath.
