I'm looking to rent, the cheaper the better, just wanna save money while I work my way up. Ideal place is close to Downtown or Land Park.
I see a lot of posts worried about noise and cleanliness. Honestly, I can handle my own end (I promise) but I don't mind some chaos, I like having fun too. People can also have their ups and downs, and I get that. I know how to not be obnoxious, communicate, and respect boundaries.
