Position Overview
Burnette Construction is looking for a highly motivated sales professional to represent our company at vendor events, networking meetups, real estate gatherings, trade shows, and local community events throughout the Greater Sacramento area.
This role is focused on relationship building, lead generation, and converting opportunities into construction projects including kitchen remodels, bathrooms, ADUs, additions, tenant improvements, and residential renovations.
Construction experience is preferred, but strong sales ability is mandatory.

Responsibilities
* Attend vendor events, networking mixers, investor meetups, trade shows, and community events
* Generate qualified construction leads
* Build relationships with homeowners, investors, realtors, property managers, and business owners
* Represent Burnette Construction professionally in public settings
* Follow up with leads and schedule appointments/site walks
* Coordinate with the Burnette Construction sales team and management
* Maintain consistent communication and lead tracking
* Help grow the Burnette Construction brand throughout Sacramento and surrounding areas

* Previous sales experience REQUIRED
* Construction industry experience preferred
* Strong communication and networking skills
* Comfortable speaking with strangers and building relationships
* Self-motivated and confident
* Reliable transportation
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Ability to work evenings/weekends when events occur

Compensation
Commission
* 10% of net profit on closed projects generated by your leads
* Commission paid after project deposit/payment collection
Event Pay
* $20/hour while attending approved vendor events, trade shows, expos, networking events, and meetups
