What We Offer:
Commission-based role to start – unlimited earning potential.
After 90 days: Guaranteed base salary of $26,000 per year + uncapped commissions and bonuses.
After 12 months: Company vehicle + company card provided.
Expense reimbursement for phone, internet, and vehicle costs during your first year.
Full territory coverage: Sacramento County, Placer County, and Yolo County.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
Present and promote company services to decision-makers.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Accurately track and report all sales activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B or outside sales (preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong ability to build professional relationships.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Reliable transportation (until company vehicle is provided).
Compensation:
Commission-based to start.
Transition to $26,000 base salary + uncapped commissions and bonuses after 90 days.
Company vehicle & card after 12 months.
Reimbursement for phone, internet, and vehicle expenses provided in the first year.
