Location: Roseville, CA — Full-time (on-site) with some weekend shifts
About Us:
Join a growing RV dealership committed to exceptional customer service and outdoor lifestyle expertise. We sell new and used motorhomes, travel trailers, Fifth Wheels, and Toy Haulers, and offer financing, trade-ins, and service support.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers, assess needs, and match them with the right RVs
- Present features, benefits, and options; perform guided walk-throughs and demo explanations
- Build relationships, follow up with leads, and close sales to meet monthly targets
- Prepare sales paperwork, coordinate financing, trades, and delivery
- Maintain showroom appearance and product knowledge; attend inventory and training meetings
- Represent the dealership professionally at events and shows
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years retail or vehicle sales experience preferred (RV experience a plus)
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Comfortable with demonstrations, negotiating, and closing sales
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record
- Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings
- Self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented
Compensation & Benefits:
- Flat amount based on unit sold, Hourly (uncapped earning potential)
