We’re looking for a grounded, kind, and professional Travel Representative to join us as an independent contractor for conference-based support. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Travel Representative, you’ll support our lead team member at medical conferences throughout the U.S. You’ll receive full training and work in alignment with our brand’s values—offering warm, confident presence and respectful communication with clinicians and attendees.
This isn’t about sales pressure or pushing a script. It’s about showing up with clarity, care, and professionalism while helping share something that matters.
Scope of Work
Attend conferences to help represent a trusted, clinician-designed health product
Arrive prepared and grounded, with a strong understanding of product materials and messaging
Communicate respectfully with medical professionals and attendees
Support day-of logistics (e.g. helping set up, restocking samples, keeping materials organized)
Assist with clean-up and pack-down at the end of each event
Communicate clearly and reliably before, during, and after each trip
Be flexible and present throughout travel and event days
Typical travel expectations:
Each trip averages 3–6 days, including travel
Expected 3–14 events annually, based on availability
Requirements
Based near Roseville/Rocklin/Sacramento, CA
Able to work as an independent contractor with:
A valid business license
Workers’ compensation insurance (required in California; resources available)
Professional, dependable, and emotionally mature
Able to lift ~40 lbs and travel by plane
Must be comfortable standing and talking for long periods throughout each conference day
Ability to keep energy and enthusiasm up for the full conference days
Open to a flexible travel schedule (availability discussed in advance)
Compensation
Flat rate: $400/day (includes conference and travel days)
All travel and lodging arranged and paid
Meals and minor expenses covered
Contractors to invoice after each engagement and are paid promptly
