Chriswell Home Improvements is seeking a high-level sales professional to step into an Assistant Sales Manager role. This is a producing sales position with added responsibility for training, ride-alongs, and helping elevate performance within a focused product category.
This role is ideal for an experienced in-home sales professional who still wants to sell - but also wants to lead, coach, and grow.
What This Role Looks Like
• Run your own pre-set, in-home appointments
• Continue closing your own deals
• Conduct ride-alongs with sales reps
• Help newer reps improve discovery, presentation, and closing
• Assist with product knowledge and process training
• Act as a field leader and second set of eyes for the Sales Manager
This is not a desk job - this is a field leadership role.
Compensation Structure
• $1,500 monthly leadership stipend
• Full commission on personal sales
• Bonus commission on ride-along sales
• Additional performance incentives tied to area results
Realistic total income: $120K-$180K+ for the right candidate
What We’re Looking For
• Proven success in in-home remodeling sales
• Kitchen & Bath or Exterior remodeling experience strongly preferred
• Confident closer with strong customer presence
• Enjoys coaching and helping others improve
• Respected by peers - people listen to you
• Willing to lead by example
This Role Is NOT For:
• Entry-level salespeople
• Someone who doesn’t want responsibility
• Someone who wants management without production
• Someone uncomfortable being coached or coaching others
