We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Leasing Manager to lead the lease-up of Element Student Living, a 792-bed student housing community in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, performs well under pressure, and has proven experience managing and motivating a leasing team to achieve occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all leasing activities for a large student housing community.
Recruit, train, and motivate the leasing team to maximize performance and achieve occupancy targets.
Develop and implement innovative marketing and outreach strategies to drive traffic and secure leases.
Plan and oversee resident events to promote engagement and community spirit.
Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
Monitor leasing performance, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity in Yardi or similar property management software.
Qualifications:
Weekend availability required – must be able to work Saturday and Sunday.
Multifamily leasing experience required.
Student housing experience preferred but not required.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
