It is pretty much complete. It is missing rear plastics, steering wheel cover and other minor things. I don't think the tires will hold air. The motor is complete and un molested. Seat needs re-upholster. It would be a great restore project. I would if I had a garage. I could part it out for more $ than I am asking.
