GEM E825 Electric Car. A nice second car for a retiree. This is a street-legal electric car, two-passenger, electric Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV). Rugged aluminum frame, 72-volt system, automotive-style hydraulic brakes, seatbelts, turn signals, lights, and cargo bed. Top speed approximately 25-28 mph. Has current registration. Super good shape and runs great in forward and reverse. Needs maintenance to replace a worn bushing.
