Never used, Telescoping dog ramp weights around 13 pounds and can be reduced to around 39 inches. When in its shortened state, it has a snap for secure closure and a handle for easy carrying. It seems sturdy enough for my 80 pound Lab and fits on the bumper of my Jeep Grand Cherokee perfectly. Anyone who has an older dog should have one of these, jumping in and out of car is hard on them. My dog couldn't use it due to her neurologic hip disorder.
