I have an open 1 bed and shared bath in a nice townhouse near west sac / the baseball stadium.
Me: white guy, 36, good hygiene (smell good and no halitosis) and keep the common areas tidy. My partner lives in San Diego so she’s not here that often (overnight guests) but I do love having friends over for dinner, movie nights or playing games.
