Primarily, we are looking for someone motivated who has some existing tech skills or proven customer service. Our Value proposition is that we offer 5 STAR CUSTOMER support and we are looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond for our customer even if they aren't asked.
We have a "tiered" employee compensation plan, and once you learn our proprietary system and can PROVE IT!!! --- we may offer potential raises as rewards for onboarding successfully.

JOB DETAILS INCLUDE:
- Via Chat or the phone, respond to our customers' questions or issues in a speedy and professional manner
-Train customers on proprietary software
- Follow up with customers regarding past issues
- Collaborate with fellow staff to come up with solutions on issues
- Help fellow staff maintain and edit knowledge base articles
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Heavily Test Software for "possible bugs" to report
- Customer first mentality
- Know and use Windows 8.1, Mac OSX, Chrome
- Problem solving and analysis skills
- Must be available to work odd shifts.
