Our Senior Engineers are responsible for providing advanced technical support to clients and our front line engineers. The successful candidate must able to problem solve while in a mission critical situation, and have experience in IIS, TCP/IP, Windows Server, SQL Administration, etc.
What You'll Be Doing:
Ability to quickly learn new technology and products.
Address technical issues as they arise for our incredible clients.
Provide World-Class Customer Service for our incredible clients.
Provide front line and advanced technical support for our document management solutions.

What Experience You'll Need to Have:
Solid hands-on experience and expert knowledge of:
IIS including SMTP / FTP / WWW configuration, application pool and websites and web services type interfaces.
Networking with TCP/IP.
Windows Server 2003R2 / 2008R2 / 2012R2.
Background in telecommunications systems specific to Faxing (analog & digital circuits / VoIP / Fax cards technologies).
Microsoft SQL Administration / troubleshooting experience.
Relevant certifications or equivalent experience are useful.
What Education You'll Need to Have:
This position requires no formal education.
What Experience Would Be Beneficial:
Industry certification would be beneficial.
