Procunier Lead Screw Tapping Machine with a heavy duty stand and adjustable mounting arm to adjust the distance between the table and the tap for large or small parts.
This machine works great.
Includes a second head with parts missing or broke for parts, see the last 3 images.
1/2 hp motor that is wired 110V but can be swapped over to 220V
2 lead screws included 56 TPI and 32 TPI
Includes a foot switch to activate tapping
These machines eliminate feed / lead errors and thread stripping which can occur with power tapping.
The lead screw advances the tap at the proper rate so the tap doesn't have to feed the tap into the work.
Capacity 3/16 in steel and 1/4" in soft metals.
