Here at Autovantage Service Center, we're a family-owned independent in the Auburn foothills… a small town, but we've built a serious reputation over the last 17 years. • $85K–$125K/year – plus, potential profit sharing (paid out 3 of the last 5 years)

ABOUT AUTOVANTAGE SERVICE CENTER

We're a NAPA AutoCare Center and our ASE-Certified team is ShopFix-trained. That means we don't guess—we diagnose. We don't cut corners—we do it right.

SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:
• 5+ years of professional experience in an independent shop or dealership
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostics – you're the guy people call when it's tough
• Light-duty diesel experience is a plus (but not a dealbreaker)
• You take pride in doing it right – no shortcuts, no comebacks, no excuses
• You want to work with people who actually care – not a crew of burnouts just clocking in
• You're a team player, not a lone wolf – you know when to collaborate and when to lead
• Valid driver's license and your own tools – you're a professional, not someone looking for a handout
