Local handyman/contractor looking for a skilled technician. We are growing in all areas of Northern California and looking to add a skilled Handyman to our ranks. Will need to have proven skills in all areas of construction and handyman type work.
As a Technician you will be working on bathroom and kitchen remodels, drywall, painting, flooring, roof repairs, siding, and small framing jobs. Also, you will need to have basic knowledge or minor electrical and plumbing repairs, lighting repairs, smoke detector installs. Need to have advanced tool knowledge, know how to read and understand plans, be proficiant in paperwork and invoicing. You will need to be able to work alone with not a lot of supervision, or with a group under the direction of a project manager.
Technician will need to pass A DMVR, have his own truck or work van, provide his own tools and have a clean appearance due to being around customers daily. You must have proven work experience as a technician in order to be considered for this position.
