• Minimum 10 years residential and commercial experience required (not to include line clearance)
• Knowledgeable and skilled in safe climbing techniques and tree pruning/removal in compliance with ANSI standards
• Experienced in all aspects of tree work
• Must have 3+ years experience leading 3 and 4 person crews
• Be able to drive and operate manual transmission chipper trucks
• Have heavy climbing and rigging experience
• Have the technical expertise to work around electrical hazards
• Current ISA arborist certification required
• CDL desired - required to obtain within 6 months of hire date
