Specs are in one pic. Needs a little work on the floor under the water tank. No leaks and most things work. Fridge takes forever to get cold and ac turns on but doesn't blow cold. Toilet, heater, hot water and both showers work. I have the canopy for the back half that needs a zipper. Has new subfloor and the popout flooring has been replaced along with the roof is new. 4500obo. Need the room back. Current tags. Deck is 7x7.5ft so not big enough for a sxs.
