2013 Alaskan 10' Cabover Camper
Im the 3rd owner and Ive had it for 4 years. I purchased from a couple in Santa Cruz County Ca, prior to that I believe it was in Oregon. Im looking to get a smaller setup; the 10' is way too much for a couple. I would rate the interior as an 8-9. The exterior is probably 7. It has been in California/Oregon its entire life excluding trips.
PROS
Queen bed
Dinette or fold out bed. Dinette table not pictured; but I do have it.
110 volt outlets with shore power connect.
1-SOLAR PANEL(not sure what ratings) ~3ft x 1.5ft
2-AGM batteries (Lifeline GPL-4CT 6V/220Ahr)
and ZAMP ZS-30AP charge controller
Propane heat, water heater 3 burner stove with oven, this is nice if you need it!
Large single basin sink w/spray down. This is nice too!
27 gal water tank with new Shur Flo water pump
Nova Cool R3803 100L/3.5ft^3 DC refrigerator with freezer
Thetford C-200 Cassette toilet
LED Interior lighting
Window coverings and insulation. The heater works great!
Marantz Car Stereo with CD and 6x9 speakers.
2 Maxxair fans. One over bed, one over the refrig/sink area.
Outside shower(has a leak in the shower head hose.)
Inside shower available with sink spigot adapter.
Fiamma F45 Awning.
4 Reico Titan Jacks with DRW extensions.
Little add ons that make life easier in a cabover.
No leaks
CONS
Exterior non-LED lighting doesnt work.
Entry Door spread.
10+ year cabover..
Outside shower head hose has a leak(only leaks when in use.) Kind of an easy fix, but I dont use it.
I enjoy the big sink and large stove space. Large glass windows and bench seats are great for morning wakeup. The heater/thermostat control is right next to the bed on the rear wall.(instead of any other useless spot).
I am going to a smaller/lighter setup. A 10' cabover is way too much space for us. And Im looking for a larger entrance for bicycles and decoys.
I just replaced the water pump.
